Public abstain unnecessary moment;

hurdles in shifting of patients and those in emergency form Upstream areas: Sultan Ayub Numberdar

HUNZA, Aliabad, June 12: Sultan Ayub, numberdar, Gulmit town, tehsil headquarter, Gojal has appealed the public to avoid unnecessary moment to and from downstream to Gojal in these days in order to reduce hurdles due to influx of commutters on both sides. Talking to Voice of Hunza, on Saturday here at Aliabad he said that influx of the public from down cities besides those stranded at Aliabad has further increased pressure over managment of transportation of people saying due to unnecessary movement of public, both shifting of relief items and those in emergency are suffering a lot.

He claimed that Disaster Committees were working day in night to ensure the porvision of relief to the affectees in Upper Hunza in every village, dedicately saying people were satisfied with what the government and NGOs are doing to get the people out of troubles. Nevertheless, he expressed his disapproval on frequent movement of public from Upstream even for minor works. " Despite of availitbity of essentials and health facilities, one wonders why some people keep on moving for a little task across without any reason," he added.
Taling about the relief operations he said that affectees of Gojal, Upper Hunza have due regard for both government and NGOs adding they were now looking forward for an appropriate rehibilitation in near future. He claimed that there are few families in Gulmit town who are constantly refusing to accept any reief with the nothion that they are capable to cater their family needs without any difficulty.
